Helping people
collaborate and create results that matter

Let's turn teamwork into dreamwork

I'm Jana — a workshop designer and facilitator. I love to get people excited about truly thinking and creating together — building on each other's ideas, challenging old ones, and landing somewhere none of them would have reached alone.

That's what a good workshop does: it creates unique value that matters to the people inside and outside of the room. And getting there can be fun. I tailor and facilitate workshops for teams, communities, and multi-stakeholder groups navigating complex projects.

“My job is to help people string their best ideas and knowledge together and make shared projects count.”

Can I help you with...?

Problem-Solving & Decision-Making

Find solutions to challenges that feel too big to tackle — before they stall progress and drain morale.

Problem-Solving & Decision-Making

When challenges feel too big, people put off decisions — morale sinks and momentum dies. That's exactly when a fresh approach can breathe new air into people and projects. Together we surface what's really in the way, find solutions that actually work, and leave the room with a plan people are energized to act on.

Strategic Alignment

Map a shared direction so everyone can move forward — calmly and with clarity.

Strategic Alignment

Too often teams are pulling in different directions — frustration builds and motivation drains away. During alignment workshops, I'll place the compass back in your hands and make sure everyone leaves finally feeling calm and clear again.

Innovation

Generate ideas worth acting on — and leave the room with a prototype you believe in.

Innovation

Building something new or improving what exists? Either way, great value rarely comes from the first idea in the room — and ideas without a viable concept don't go anywhere. I provide the structure to co-create the most promising ideas, shape them into viable concepts fast, and have people leave the room confident and driven.

This is how your workshop could look like.

A Co-Design Workshop on Sustainable Food Tourism in Kolding

Ten people, one room, three hours — tourism researchers, local students, and entrepreneurs — working with insights gathered from municipality representatives beforehand. And the big question: could a small town improve local and planetary well-being by thinking local assets, challenges, and people's and nature's needs together?

Through themed workstations built around locally rooted resources — crabs, bread, romkugler — small rotating groups built on each other's ideas and explored them across tourism potential, stakeholder involvement, and sustainability. What emerged surprised everyone. A small destination holding incredible potential for innovative tourism initiatives — with positive outcomes for a wide range of stakeholders.

Teamwork made the dream work.

As a team we wanted to try new approaches to our way of working. As a company owner, I wanted this but had no time to organize it. Jana quickly understood our situation and created a tailored workshop for us. She facilitated everything so I could just participate with my team. Beyond the actionable results we gained, we also had a lot of fun together.

A few friends and I booked Jana's workshop struggling with clarity on our next career steps. Her facilitation gave us a structured way to dig into what we wanted and address things that hadn't even been named yet. The exercises sparked new thinking and left everyone with concrete next steps. I walked away with direction, confidence — and a warm feeling.
